De Morgan's theorem.
It states that “the complement of the wholesum is equal to the product of individual complements & vice versa. I.e (A+B)' = A'.B'[de Morgan's 1st theorem] Similarly (A.B)' = A'+B' [de Morgan's 2nd theorem]
