why electric lines of force always perpendicular to conductor surface ?

Reason:-
We know electric lines of force is a vector quantity if it inclined in some angle to the surface of conductor then it resolve into two components i.e one tangential component and another perpendicular component.tangential component accelerate the local charges(charges of the conductor)in their direction.so charge can move but in electrostatic charge could not be move .but In case of perpendicular electric lines of force it could  cancelled out due to some unspecified force so perpendicular field of lines can not accelerate the charges of conductor and  it verify the law of electrostatic.  it is the answer to the question why electric field lines always perpendicular to conductor surface.
Look at the spherical conductor surface which gave you more clarity about my words,

Are you satisfied by this answer
