Faraday's first law of electrolysis

Answer:-
Statement-
The mass of a substance deposited or liberated( in form of gas ) at a particular electrode is directly proportional to amount of charge passing through the electrolyte.
i.e mass proportional to charge
Mathematically,
                         M=ZQ
Where,Z=proportionality constant called electrochemical equivalent.
If current, i passing through the electrolyte in time, t then Q=it
                        M=Zit
