Answer:-
The molecule in which the central atom belongs from 3rd to 6th period element and their is atleast one lonepair of electron on cental atom then that molecule is called Dragoes molecule. 
e.g AsF3,
Here As(Arsenic) belongs to 4th period element and their is also a lone pair of electron on arsenic atom.so it is a Dragoes molecule.
